These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gone Shipping's website, services, and APIs. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using Gone Shipping's services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and have authority to bind any business or organization you represent. If you don't agree, don't use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use our services. Business accounts must be created by an authorized representative.
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We provide pickup, transportation, customs handling (where applicable), and delivery services. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated as part of an Express service-level agreement.
You may not ship hazardous materials, illegal goods, weapons, currency, perishables (without prior arrangement), or any items prohibited by destination-country law. A full list is available upon request.
Service fees are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service level chosen. Payment is due upon shipment unless covered by an enterprise contract. Late payments may incur fees and service suspension.
Our standard liability is limited to the lesser of declared value or $100 per shipment. Higher coverage is available for an additional fee. We're not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs holds, or incorrect addresses.
If a shipment is damaged in transit, our automated system initiates a replacement at no cost where applicable. Manual claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at contact.html.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, fraud, or risk to other customers. You may close your account at any time. Outstanding obligations survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
